We are looking for an experienced solicitor to join our team of highly successful personal injury lawyers. This role can be based in our Bristol or Cardiff office. This roles involves being engaged in challenging and rewarding casework, working on a varied caseload of multi-track accidents claims. You will represent clients who are victims of Road Traffic Accidents, Employers Liability and Occupier’s Liability, as well as occasional cases involving product liability, sports injuries and injuries caused by animals.
With a passion for blending your technical expertise with your outstanding communication and client care skills, you will take pride in delivering a first class legal service to our clients. Having the confidence and ability to take appropriate daily decisions on cases to ensure swift progression, will be key to your success.
As a qualified lawyer preferably with at least 4 years’ PQE, you will deal with all aspects of running a case from initial interview of client to trial, with an understanding of the issues involved in dealing with multi-track cases, such as costs and the litigation process. There will also be some supervision undertaken with team members, so experience in supervision will be essential.
