The skills you will learn will be varied and in depth and you will have constant mentorship from leaders within the business to ensure you’re given the support you need to be one of their successful leaders of the future.

It is expected that initially duties will see you shadow other managers on a specific development, in order to provide you time to see how their systems flow and integrate with the wider business. From there you will gradually be exposed to the following day to day:

• Basic health and safety practice and accompanying health and safety inspections.
• Liaising with all stakeholders, sub contractors and clients during the build process.
• Assist with the preparation weekly site reports for head office.
• Checking key stage inspections before NHBC checks i.e foundations, 1st fix plumbing + electrical, superstructure etc.
