Gapp is acting as an employment business, currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator/Logistic Technician role for our well-established Client based in Trafford Park, M17.

The role will be located permanently in TP warehouse office.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in a Logistics environment

Experience in an Administration role

Your duties will include:

• All NP order processing.
• Creating NP pick documentation for blocs and kits.
• Organising transport for NP movements through KeyPL, XPO, K&N, Seabridge.
• IFTMIN creation.
• Setting up timed deliveries to project sites with NP Sales & CS.
• Placing orders with EU plants
• Liaising with plants to agree despatch/delivery times.
• Booking in containers, components, raw materials.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly NP reporting for TP.
• Provide holiday & sickness cover.

Person Profile:

• Outgoing personality
• Must have demonstrable experience with Excel & Word
• Have the abilitiy to work under pressure and take ownership
• Have excellent problem solving, sense of urgency and decision making

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday

8am to 4pm

Pay rate: £10.42/hour
